Today we are exploring a lovely Thai restaurant called Love at First Bite in Lexington, MA. This cozy restaurant combines mouthwatering flavors, local charm, and a warm ambiance. Join me as we embark on a culinary journey through this delightful gem.

This restaurant offers a diverse menu that caters to everyone. From a wide variety of appetizers, entrees and desserts, to unique cocktails that come with gummy bears, everything was absolutely delicious! For apps we got the Scallion Pancake (yum), the Bang Bang Cauliflower - Fried Cauliflower, mayo, sweet chili sauce top with scallions, and the Steamed Butterfly - Steamed Thai style dumplings filled with sweet turnips and chopped peanuts.

For my main dish I couldn’t not pick my favorite Thai classic, Pad Thai with Tofu. This Pad Thai is certainly up there as one of my favorites I’ve had recently. It is not a dish you want to miss out on!
